How Pricing Works

We routinely issue rate reductions to meet the needs of our clients. A billing period begins on the 1st of a calendar month and ends with the last day of that month. If you need a rate reduction, just let us know by the 20th of the month. Our invoice will be sent no later than the 28th, and it will reflect the reduction and your custom rate. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month (i.e. Payment for renting throughout January is made by February 15th). Any partial months will be prorated. While this is our standard billing procedure, we are very flexible and can accommodate almost any preference.
